Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of new techniques in unsupervised learning, dataset augmentation and
deep reinforcement learning that can be applied to automating various parts of the AI development workflow
Mentor and coach junior data scientists, providing guidance on best practices, methodologies, and technical skills.
Partner with stakeholders to define project objectives, develop analytical frameworks, and deliver actionable insights.
Conduct in-depth exploratory data analysis and feature engineering to uncover hidden patterns and trends in complex datasets.
Design and deploy predictive models and algorithms at scale, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and interpretability.
Evaluate the performance of machine learning models and algorithms, and iterate on improvements to optimize results.
Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in data science, and assess their potential impact on our business strategy.
Collaborate with data engineers and IT professionals to develop data pipelines, infrastructure, and tools to support analytics initiatives.
Communicate complex technical concepts and analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear and compelling presentations.
Drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making processes and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning, with a proven track record of delivering impactful results.
Expertise in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala, and proficiency in data manipulation and visualization libraries (e.g., pandas, matplotlib, ggplot2).
Deep understanding of advanced statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, and optimization methods.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team of data scientists.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and influence strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling complex analytical challenges.
